Privacy Policy

Framewerk (tryframewerk.com) is a product intelligence service operated by Fractions Studio Inc., headquartered in Toronto, Canada. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email kyle@tryframewerk.com.

Booking a call. Scheduling runs on Cal.com. When you book through the calendar on this site, the details you enter (name, email, notes) are processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.

Joining the platform waitlist. We store the name, email, and company you submit so we can contact you about platform access. Waitlist contacts are managed through Resend, our email provider.

Your consent choice. A single first-party cookie (framewerk-consent) remembers which third-party services you allowed, for up to one year. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for operating and securing the service.

We don’t run advertising, we don’t sell or share your data with brokers, and this site currently runs no analytics or tracking scripts. If we ever add analytics, it will be consent-gated — you’ll see it appear as a toggle under “Cookie settings” before it runs.

Customer data shared with us during a diagnostic, sprint, or ongoing engagement is governed by the agreement and NDA for that engagement — not by this website policy. In short: access is read-only and scoped to the sources you choose, revocable at any time, and we never train public AI models on your data.

You can change or withdraw your consent for third-party services at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. To access, correct, or delete data we hold about you (waitlist entries, call records), email kyle@tryframewerk.com and we’ll handle it promptly.

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
