Framewerk (tryframewerk.com) is a product intelligence service operated by Fractions Studio Inc., headquartered in Toronto, Canada (“we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. Questions? Email kyle@tryframewerk.com.

These terms cover your use of this website — browsing, booking a call, and joining the platform waitlist. Paid engagements (diagnostics, sprints, and ongoing work) are governed by a separate written agreement signed for that engagement, including its own confidentiality, data-access, and payment terms. If these terms and an engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement wins.

You may use this site for its intended purpose: learning about the service, booking calls, and joining the waitlist. You agree not to disrupt the site, probe or test its security, scrape it at volume, or misrepresent who you are when booking or signing up.

Booking a call is free and carries no commitment on either side. We may decline or reschedule bookings. By booking or joining the waitlist you consent to us contacting you about that booking or about platform access — we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.

The content of this website — copy, design, graphics, and the Framewerk name and logo — belongs to Fractions Studio Inc. and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement (reports, roadmaps, Intents) is defined in that engagement’s agreement; as a default, clients own the deliverables they pay for.

This website and its content are provided “as is”. Descriptions of the service, plans, and pricing on this site are informational and may change; they are not a binding offer. Recommendations we publish or discuss on a free call are general in nature — only work delivered under an engagement agreement comes with defined scope and deliverables.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fractions Studio Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability connected to the website is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Liability connected to a paid engagement is addressed in that engagement’s agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

If these terms change materially, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
